Fluent in Farsi, language is never a barrier to accessing the support and guidance farsi-speaking individuals need.

As a psychologist, Yekta prioritizes a collaborative and holistic approach, empowering clients to cultivate resilience, enhance self-awareness, and build healthier relationships. Her commitment to fostering emotional well-being extends beyond the therapy room, as Yekta actively engage in advocacy efforts to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding psychological conditions. During sessions, she uses a client-centered, integrative, and trauma-informed approach that is tailored to the client and draws upon an array of therapeutic interventions such as CBT, mindfulness-based therapies, dialectical behaviour therapy, solution-focused, and psychoeducational to meet each client's specific needs.

Yekta understands that seeking support can be daunting and overcoming the initial inertia can be the most challenging part of the recovery journey.  Let's work together to achieve your goals, enhance your knowledge of mental processing, and improve your well-being.
